PRIVACY POLICY

This site’s privacy policy

The methods regarding all the information contained in or collected by the site, with regard to processing the personal data of users who browse it and the data subjects stored in our databases, are described below.
This policy is provided pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - the Personal Data Protection Code - to all those who interact with the web services offered by Agenzia Romano di Romano Luciana and its related site, with regard to protecting personal data, accessible online at: https://www.romanoimmobiliare.it/

The policy is based on Recommendation no. 2/2001, issued by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, on certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data online and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information which Controllers must provide users as they access web pages, regardless of their reasons for doing so. In addition, this policy is also relevant to freelance professionals whose details, being stored in our databases, may be viewed by users.

The Controller

By browsing this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The Controller is Agenzia Romano di Romano Luciana, with offices at Piazza Rolla, 4 - 17046 Savona - Italy in the person of the legal representative.

The place where data is processed

Processing connected to the web services offered by this site is done at the aforementioned offices and is carried out by technical personnel duly appointed to perform such processing or by any parties engaged to perform occasional maintenance operations.
No data acquired from users registering for the services provided via the web will be communicated or disclosed to third parties, except within our organisation. Personal data provided by users who send requests for information (newsletters, answers to queries, deeds and opinions, etc.) is used for the sole purpose of performing the service requested and potentially by Agenzia Romano di Romano Luciana and associated companies in order to send commercial and non-commercial communications.

Types of data processed

The IT systems and software procedures used to run this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This involves information which is not collected in order to be associated with any identified parties, but which, by the information’s very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Falling into this category of data are the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who browse the site, the URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (OK, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the IT environment used by the user.
This data is used for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous statistical information on how the site is used and to check that the site is running properly. It is deleted as soon as it has been processed. Data could be used to ascertain liability in the hypothetical case that a computer crime is committed against the site: except for this possibility.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of an email to one or more of the addresses listed on this site will lead to the sender’s email address being acquired (which is needed in order to be able to send a response) as well as any other personal data the sender may put in their message.
All personal data entered in the registration form, after the user has read the relevant accompanying information and policy, and after having given their consent, will be stored in the company’s client database.
Specific summary information will be progressively provided or displayed on the pages of the site specifically set up for the various services that can be requested.

The personal data published on this site is the property of Agenzia Romano di Romano Luciana.
This data comes with the written authorisation from its clients/suppliers.

Cookies

In this regard, the site acquires no personal data.
In fact, cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are any kind of so-called “persistent cookies” used, nor systems to track users. The use of so-called “session cookies” (which are not stored permanently on the user’s device and which are deleted when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifying data (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) and/or access codes to any reserved areas (user code, password and email), both needed to allow the site to be browsed securely and efficiently.
The so-called “session cookies” used on this site do not allow personal identifying data to be acquired and avoid having to use other IT techniques, which could, potentially, be prejudicial to the confidentiality of the user’s browsing behaviour on the site.

The optional nature of providing data

Apart from the information regarding browsing data, users are free to provide the personal data requested in registration forms to obtain information or for any other communication.
Failure to provide such personal data, however, may make it impossible to respond to a request.

Methods by which personal data is processed

Personal data is processed with automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose(s) for which the data was collected.
Specific security measures have been adopted to prevent any loss of data, any unlawful or improper use of data, and any unauthorised access to that data.

A Data Subject’s rights

Data Subjects (parties to whom the personal data refers) have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation, or otherwise, of the existence of personal data that concerns them, and to be told of the content and origin of such data, to verify the accuracy of the data, and to request that such data be supplemented or updated or rectified (article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, Data Subjects also have the right to request that the personal data that concerns them be erased, transformed into anonymous form, or blocked from being processed in breach of the law. Furthermore, Data Subjects have the right to oppose the processing, for legitimate reasons, of the personal data that concerns them.
